Gastronomic Day
Become a real chef for a day. This activity will allow you to demonstrate your culinary skills by making a series of traditional local dishes.
First of all, our chef will show you how to prepare some traditional local tapas, before giving you control of the kitchen to demonstrate that, by selecting the necessary ingredients and utensils, you can become a real chef.
The participants themselves will then have to surprise the other teams and our chef by preparing their own tapa; and this time not all the ingredients will be correct.
A challenge for each team in a day full of laughter and teamwork. An activity that will undoubtedly leave you wanting more!
Summary
Teams of 10 – 12 people will be formed.
In the first part of the activity the chef will explain how to make certain tapas, and the different teams will have to make the same tapas. The Jury (organising staff) will judge the different tapas and teams.
All the ingredients to make the tapas will be laid out on the tables.
OPTIONAL: This first part can also include a competition to find the ingredients required to make the tapas.
At the end of the first part, the Chef will reveal a surprise tapa to be prepared without explaining how it is made. The ingredients will be on a table, but not all of them will be the correct ingredients. Once each team has made the tapa, the chef will show them exactly how it is made and then the teams will be judged.
Each member of the winning team will receive a certificate.
Sound equipment may be required for the chef depending on the number of people.
