The Academy Awards

The Academy Awards. Props, lights, cameras, sound… We have everything ready for you to become film directors, shoot your film and present it to the public. Will your film win one of our academy’s awards and statuettes? Become a professional filmmaker for a day and experience making your own film. We provide everything required for each group to make their own film. During the day, participants will be provided with all the material required so that they can create their own script, divide up the roles and, once they have been characterised with our props, start shooting their own film based on the chosen theme.

But that’s not all. This activity ends with a real gala where we will award the best actors and actresses, best script, best original idea and best film. There will be a red carpet and the possibility of a photocall. Finally, if you wish, you will be able to take home a DVD with the films produced by the different groups, providing you with a souvenir of the awards gala.

Each team will have to make a short film based on a specific film or free choice and they will have to write the scripts and shoot the scenes. Each team will have an iPad to record the different scenes and edit the film. The videos can then be sent afterwards or screened at the event’s dinner.
